The Journey Begins

“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1

Actually, this journey began a long time ago. Long before Jason and I (Geena) were accepted, along with our kids, to serve with Kaleo International in Reynosa, Mexico, God birthed the desire of missions in our hearts. I mean He gave us the desire to be in the “go” category…

And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” Luke 10:2

God forged a love for serving Him on distant shores during our turmultous single life wanderings, such that our very first conversation in the Shell gas station that fateful day 7 years ago was about missions! It is what drew us together, and spoke to our purpose as a married couple, and our calling as a family.

We (Jason, Geena, Gideon, Jonathan and Mahayla) extend to you this invitation to walk with us into these untraversed lands of the heart. Smile, laugh, cry, and be encouraged in your own walk of faith in your very own exile, promised land, or wherever you may find yourself at present.
